Personal data & privacy
The data controller is the website publisher (see the "Website publisher" section). The data submitted through the contact form (first name, last name, company, email, message) is collected solely to handle your request (reply, quote). The legal basis is your consent, given via the form's checkbox, together with our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry. No data is sold or used for advertising purposes.
To operate, the website relies on technical providers: Web3Forms (form delivery),hCaptcha (spam protection, which processes your IP address and technical data) andCloudflare (hosting). As these providers are located in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the European Union, under the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.
Contact form data is kept for the time needed to handle your request, then for up to 3 years after our last contact, before deletion.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. hCaptcha may set a cookie or technical storage strictly necessary for security (bot detection).
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to data portability.
